I guess it's better than never. The Sporty has been done for a couple of weeks now, so here is what we started with and the finished product. This is the first bike I have ever rode with ape hangers. I have to say, to put bars like these on your bike you must have to love how they look. Because they make the bike handle like SHIT. I like my bikes to handle, in case you missed it the first time, the bike handles like SHIT. He seems to dig 'em though, and I guess in the end, that's what counts.

I missed the last series prediction by a game. The Wings came out on top on a controversial goal by Cleary. There was some suspect officiating that affected both teams, the goal stood so there is not much you can do about it. I would have liked them to win on a cleaner goal, but beggars can't be choosers. The Wings are lucky to make it to the conference finals with the Hawks. The Ducks were more than up to the challenge.

This is the series I have waiting for, I am excited by the prospect of another long exciting series. These two teams have always had a weird dynamic, when they meet, there is no telling who the victor who will be no matter what the regular season record was. Is this the team Joel Quenneville will finally be able to coach past the wings. only time will tell, but he has faced the Wings several times and has came up short every time. This series promises to be just as exciting as the Wings and Ducks, Sunday at 3:00pm can't come quick enough for me. Wings in seven. Just wish the Bruins made it past the 'Canes, I guess you can't have everything.

Every thing is about buttoned up. Except for a few bits and pieces, the Billy Bobber is just about road worthy. The last main item to get this piece on the road is the throttle cable. It should arrive sometime later this week, and this project will be complete. Still Slug could not help taking her on a little spin, just idling I think he reached a staggering top speed of about five m.p.h. I'll leave you with a few shots of how close the bike is to being done.
